Refunds & reimbursements
Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Approved refunds are marked as reimbursed against your order.
Shipping & delivery
Digital products are available to download from the product page as soon as your order is marked paid.

Accounts

Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account at any time. We give full support through the deletion process. Once deletion is complete, your account and the data tied to it are removed, except where the law requires us to keep certain records — in that case we retain only what the law requires, for as long as it requires, and nothing more.
Privacy
We store only what an order needs — your account id, chosen display name, and, if you opt in, your account email. We never publish your email.
