Payments

Orders are recorded immediately and marked paid once we confirm your payment. Available methods are shown on each product page.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Approved refunds are marked as reimbursed against your order.

Digital products are available to download from the product page as soon as your order is marked paid.

We store only what an order needs — your account id, chosen display name, and, if you opt in, your account email. We never publish your email.
